Start your preparations early for the 20th anniversary edition of Workers’ Compensation Bingo at the 2020 PARMA annual conference. This workers’ compensation legal update session will provide you with information that will improve your skills for WC Bingo in February!

This session will focus on telehealth as a tool for public agencies, how it works, and how it can be effective. We will discuss how changing the mindset of an injured worker can impact the overall outcome of the claim in a positive way. The session draws from some fun and relatable sports analogies.
