Job Title: Assistant General Manager
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned management professional who is skilled in public agency risk-sharing pool Joint Powers Authority (JPA) administration. This position will play a key role in the Board adopted succession plan for the pending retirement of the General Manager in the late fall of 2018.

This knowledgeable, enthusiastic and results-oriented leader will be a critical thinker with outstanding visionary and problem-solving qualities.
Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in a field directly related to the position and ten years of experience, five years of which are at a management level; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job is expected. ARM certification and/or Master’s or Law degree is highly desirable.
Annual salary ranges from $116,767 to $155,690 and is supplemented by an attractive benefit package that includes CalPERS retirement.
