| Job Description: |
This is a single-position, at-will classification that manages the department’s budget and the Finance Division; which includes Treasury, Billing and Collections, Accounting, Purchasing and Stores, Financial Administrative Services, and Information Technology Division. The classification is distinguished by its administrative responsibilities for financial activities and encompasses a wide variety of fiscal, administrative and business management responsibilities. The incumbent is responsible for formulating policy, developing goals and objectives, supervising staff, administering the department’s annual budget and financial operations. Assignments allow for a high degree of administrative decision making in their execution |

| Education: |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, accounting, business administration, finance or a closely related field and four years of management or supervisory experience in budgeting, accounting or financial management, preferably in a public agency or governmental setting.
Other Requirements:
Must possess a valid California Class C driver’s license.
