ALPHA Fund is a growing healthcare-focused insurance pool with an immediate opening for an experienced Loss Prevention Specialist based in the Sacramento metropolitan area.
We are seeking a creative and dedicated professional who can represent our organization through personalized contact with our group participants. This person must be people-oriented and have the ability to improve loss trends through existing and self-developed loss prevention programs.
This high caliber individual must possess the background, creativity, and expertise to demonstrate state-of-the-art loss prevention methods to our existing participant base.
An emphasis will be placed on the improvement of employee safety through the reduction of injury frequency and severity. The primary functions of this position include:
• Assist participants in the development of customized loss prevention programs
• Develop and present supervisory-level training programs
• Meet with senior management to present ideas and encourage support and participation
• Analyze and present statistical data to develop loss prevention strategies
35 to 55% in-state travel required, half of which may require overnight stays. Previous experience in insurance, consulting, or healthcare industries is a plus.

| Education: |
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of:
• 7 Years Experience
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• Board Certification as a CSP, ARM, or CPHRM
