Speaker: Maria Nozzolino - Maria is a partner with Allen, Glaessner, Hazelwood, and Werth, LLP in San Francisco. Her practice focuses on public entities defense, from defending personal injury and dangerous conditions claims to civil rights litigation, included First, Forth and Fourteenth Amendment claims.

Speakers: Teresa McGinity – Teresa has been an attorney in the Hanna Brophy San Diego office since 2016. She has 17 years of combined experience in workers’ compensation, employment and labor law. Prior to joining HB, she was in-house counsel in the advice unit at CalPERS for 3 years, which gives her a unique perspective on IDR cases.

Kelsey Paddock - Kelsey is a partner with Hanna Brophy and has been with them since 2012. She works from the San Francisco office. Kelsey’s practice includes representing public entities in workers’ compensation matters, as well as CalPERS industrial disability retirement disputes.
